Abstract
Ovim radom se nastoji prikazati rad jednog sustava za nadzor brodova i pružanja informacija u vezi plovidbe koji se zove SafeSeaNet. Budući da je svjetska flota brodova u konstantnom porastu, nameće se pitanje sigurnosti koja mora biti zadovoljeno s aspekta zaštite ljudskih života, brodova i okoliša. Korištenjem gore spomenutog sustava, Europska agencija za pomorsku sigurnost (EMSA) nastoji rizik plovidbe svesti na što manju razinu. Kroz rad se pokušava objasniti način funkcioniranja mreže kroz suradnju s više sustava, njezino podrijetlo te mogućnost djelovanja u budućnosti. Na kraju je dan osvrt na diplomski rad u cjelini.
Abstract (english)
This paper aims to show the work of a single system designed for the control of ships and to provide information about navigation called SafeSeaNet. As the world fleet of ships is on a constant rise, the question of security must be met in terms of protection of human life, vessels and environment. Using the above-mentioned system, European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) seeks to reduce risk of navigation to the lowest possible level. The work tries to explain the functioning network through cooperation with more systems, its origin and the possibility of action in the future. At the end of the work, review of the whole thesis is made.
