Abstract
Sustav naplate cestarine se promatra kao sustav masovnog opsluživanja kod kojeg se primjenom teorije redova čekanja određuje optimalan broj naplatnih mjesta. Posljedica neadekvatno raspoređenog kapaciteta opslužnih mjesta dovodi do čekanja vozila na uslugu što se direktno odražava na kvalitetu usluge dok se u slučaju predimenzioniranja kapaciteta smanjuje iskoristivost sustava i povećavaju troškovi. Primjenom teorije redova čekanja analiziran je sustav naplate cestarine naplatne postaje most Krk na godišnjoj razini. Značajna sezonska oscilacija u broju pristiglih vozila na promatranu naplatnu postaju potvrđuje da najveći utjecaj na promet ima turistička sezona u ljetnim mjesecima kada se bilježi znatan rast prometa u smjeru prema otoku Krku. Cilj primjene teorije redova čekanja na naplatnoj postaji Krčki most je odrediti odgovarajuće kapacitete kojima će se postići visok stupanj iskorištenja sustava, a vrijeme čekanja na naplatu cestarine svesti na razinu pri kojoj se ne ometa normalno odvijanje prometnog toka.

Parallel abstract (English)
The toll system is observed as the system of massive servings which determines the optimal number of stations by using the queuing theory. The consequence of inadequate capacities of allocated service points leads to service waiting which directly reflects on the quality. On the other hand, oversizing the capacities leads to reducing the efficiency of the system and increasing the costs. The toll system Krčki most is analysed by using the queuing theory on the anual level. The significant seasonal fluctuations in the number of arriving vehicles confirms that the greatest traffic impact has the tourist season in the summer months. The purpose of the queue theory application at the toll system Most Krk is to determine the appropriate capacities for achieving the bigger level of system utilization and to adjust the service waiting to the normal level of traffic flow.
