Abstract
U ovom radu prikazane su teoretske osnove vibracija, postupci mjerenja vibracija i balansiranje rotora tunelskog ventilatora. Vibracije su mjerene u tunelu Učka u suradnji s tvrtkom Ingenium d.o.o. Rijeka, a balansiranje je izvedeno u suradnji s firmom ELMEx. Vibracije su mjerene u četiri točke na kućištu tunelskog ventilatora pri nazivnom broju okretaja. Rezultati mjerenja prikazani su tablično, a rezultati balansiranja prikazani su u obliku tehničke dokumentacije. Na temelju rezultata donesen je zaključak o dopuštenim vibracijama tunelskog ventilatora.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents theoretical basics of vibration, vibration measurement and balancing of the tunnel fan rotor. Vibrations were measured in tunnel Učka in cooperation with company Ingenium d.o.o. Rijeka and balancing was carried out in cooperation with company ELMEx. The vibrations are measured at four points on the tunnel fan casing at the nominal speed. The measurement results are presented in the table, and the results of the balancing are presented in the form of technical documentation. Based on the results, a conclusion about the permitted vibration limits of the tunnel fan was reached.
