Abstract
Republika Hrvatska posjeduje nautičku privlačnost posebice zbog razvedenosti obale, čistog mora te nezagađene prirode. No, da bi ta privlačnost uspjela utjecati na razvitak, bitno je i ponuditi kvalitetnu uslugu koja će u konačnici dovesti do porasta gospodarstva, posebice u malim lokalnim sredinama poput raseljenih mjesta otoka Paga. Budući da morske luke predstavljaju primarno polazište razvoja pomorskog gospodarstva, vrlo je bitno pridonositi njihovom razvoju i osuvremenjivati ih. Prioritet jadranskih otoka mora biti okrenut ka razvitku manjih luka koje će pružiti zavidnu uslugu u nautičarskom svijetu za strane, ali i domaće brodare i nautičare. Cilj ovoga rada je pokazati da rekonstrukcija i povećanje kapaciteta luke Tovarnele uvelike može utjecati na gospodarstvo samog mjesta Lun i grada Novalje. Također, u radu će se prikazati i važnost luke s obzirom na njezin kartografski položaj u akvatoriju Hrvatske, prikazati napredak u fazama izgradnje unutar projekta rekonstrukcije obalne infrastrukture te pokazati utjecaj ovih faktora na lokalno gospodarstvo mjesta Lun i grada Novalje.
Abstract (english)
The Republic of Croatia possesses nautical attraction especially due to the indigenous coast, clean sea and unpolluted nature. However, in order to make this attraction manageable, it is important to offer a quality service that will in the end lead to a growth in the economy, especially in small local areas such as displaced places in the island of Pag. Since sea ports represent the primary starting point for the development of the maritime economy, it is very important to contribute to their development and to modernize them. The priority of the Adriatic islands must be geared towards the development of smaller ports that will provide enviable service in the nautical world for foreign and domestic shipping and boaters. The aim of this paper is to show that reconstruction and capacity increase of the port of Tovarnele can greatly affect the economy of the village of Lun and city of Novalja. The paper will also show the importance of the port in view of its cartographic position in Croatia's aquarium, show progress in construction phases within the project of reconstruction of the coastal insfrastructure and show the influence of these factors on the local economy of Lun and the of Novalja city.
