Abstract
Cilj rada je pobliže opisati i analizirati zahtijevane propise vezane uz inspekcijsku provjeru brodova za prijevoz tekućeg tereta. Navode se propisi čije provođenje na brodu će biti ispitano od strane inspektora zajedno sa priloženom brodskom dokumentacijom. Navedeni su postupci koji će se provjeravati zajedno sa određenom brodskom opremom i kvalifikacijom posade koja na brodu radi. Naglasak je također stavljen na upravljanje sigurnošću, koje je propisano ISM pravilnikom, te zaštitu od onečišćenja koja je propisana MARPOL konvencijom. Tijekom cijelog rada, nastoji se naglasiti važnost inspekcijskog pregleda kao i sama važnost propisanih zahtjeva.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper is to explain and analyse required regulations regarding vetting inspection on tanker ships. Regulations which conduction on ship is going to be examined by the inspector are listed as well as the ship's documentation that needs to be contributed. Procedures that are going to be inspected along with the specific ship's equipment and qualification of the crew on board are also listed in this paper. The emphasis are also on safety management, which is issued by the ISM Code, and on pollution prevention which is described and issued by the MARPOL convention. Throughtout the paper, the emphasis is being put on importance of the vetting inspection as well as on the importance of the required regulations.
