Abstract
Skladišni procesi u tvrtki se trebaju stalno pratiti, analizirati i usavršavati jer njihovim usavršavanjem možemo ostvariti značajno poboljšanje kvalitete poslovanja. Usavršavanje je neprekidni proces prilagodbe poduzeća na promjene u uvjetima poslovanja. U radu će se na konkretnom primjeru objasniti skladišni procesi maloprodajne tvrtke, prikazati tijek radnji od ulaska robe, njezinog pohranjivanja i komisioniranja pa do izlaska iz skladišta uz objašnjenje uloge informacijskih tehnologija u skladišnim procesima s naglaskom na implementaciju WMS-a.
Abstract (english)
Warehousing processes in the company should be constantly monitored, analyzed and improved, because by optimizing them we can achieve a significant improvement in the quality of business. Optimization is a continuous process of adapting of the company to changes in the business conditions. The paper will explain the warehousing processes of a retail company, show the course of operations from the entry of goods, their storage and commissioning to their exit from the warehouse with an explanation of the role of information technology in warehousing processes with an emphasis on the implementation of WMS (warehouse management system).
