Abstract
Ovaj rad je nastao sa prvobitnim ciljem da upozna čitatelja sa temom o kojoj se vrlo malo priča a to je koncesioniranje plaža. Sam progovara o raznim zakonskim aktima, pravilnicima, uredbama koje “reguliraju” načinom upravljanja ovog djela pomorskog dobra. U jednom trenutku on dijeli plaže te ih opisuje kao takve, a zatim se dotiče i koncesijskog dijela te potrebnoj dokumentaciji koja se daje prilikom prikupljanja javnih ponuda. Isto tako govori o problematici uspostavljanja jasnih okvira plaža kao i definiranja pojmova i tijela za nadgledanje plaža.
Abstract (english)
This paper was created with the original goal of introducing the reader to a topic that is very little talked about and that is beach concession. Sam talks about various legal acts, ordinances, regulations that "regulate" the way of managing this part of the maritime domain. At one point, he divides the beaches and describes them as such, and then touches on the concession part and the necessary documentation that is given when collecting public bids. It also discusses the issue of establishing clear beach frameworks and defining concepts and bodies for monitoring the beaches.
