Abstract
U ovom radu se prikazuje složena problematika pojma bankarsko jamstvo. Ponajprije, taj se pojam definira i prikazuje u svojem sadržaju i funkciji. Zatim se detaljno pojam bankarsko jamstvo sagledava u odnosu na pojam bankarsko jamstvo. Budući da se ta dva srodna, ali različita instituta često zamjenjuju i ne razlikuju u svojim zasebnim svojstvima i funkcijama, u ovom radu prikazuje se ta složena situacija. Pritom se rabi interdisciplinarni pristup pa se tema rada sagledava iz motrišta jezikoslovlja, bankarstva i pravne struke. Stoga su odabrani radovi i autori iz različitih struka i polja znanosti, a svrha rada bila je prikazati dio složene naznačene teme uz odabrane autore i njihove pristupe u raspravi.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the complex issues of the term bank guarantee. First of all, this term is defined and displayed in its content and function. Then, the term bank guarantee is considered in detail in relation to the term bank warranty. This paper presents the complex situation of these two related but different institutes which are often interchanged and not differentiated in their separate properties and functions. An interdisciplinary approach is used, so the topic of the paper is considered from the point of view of linguistics, banking and law. Therefore, papers and authors from different professions and fields of science were selected, and the purpose of the paper was to present a part of a complex indicated topic with selected authors and their approaches in the discussion.
