Abstract
Motivacija i zadovoljstvo ključni su psihološki impulsi svakog radnika. Upravljanje motivacijom i očekivanjima radnika vrlo su kompleksne i važne vještine koje mora posjedovati svaki menadžer u današnjem dinamičnom poslovnom svijetu. Pandemija korona virusa je potaknula kompanije da svoje radnike upute na rad od kuće gdje se većina prvi put susrela s radom izvan uobičajenog mjesta rada. Kod djelatnika se tada javljaju problemi s koncentracijom i komunikacijom, a manjak socijalnog kontakta utjecao je na opće zadovoljstvo radnika. To je rezultiralo negativnim trendom 4 od 5 ključnih pokazatelja uspješnosti od kojih su najvažniji kvaliteta poziva i prodajni rezultati. Iako je radom od kuće osigurano kontinuirano pružanje usluga službe za korisnike, većina djelatnika kontaktnog centra Hrvatskog Telekoma d.d. je u anketi izrazila želju za povratom na uobičajena radna mjesta u prvih 30 dana rada od kuće, što u kombinaciji s padom rezultata ukazuje na nespremnost kompanije na potpuni prelazak na rad od kuće.
Abstract (english)
Motivation and satisfaction are the key psychological impulses of every worker. Managing employee motivation and expectations are very complex and important skills that every manager must possess in today’s dynamic business world. The corona virus pandemic has prompted companies to send their workers to work from home where most first encountered work outside of their usual working place. Employees encounter problems with concentration and communication, and the lack of social contact has affected the general satisfaction of workers. This resulted in a negative trend of 4 out of 5 key performance indicators of which the most important are call quality and sales results. Although working from home ensures the continuous provision of customer service, most employees of the contact center of Hrvatski Telekom d.d. in the survey expressed a desire to return to usual working place in the first 30 days of work from home, which, when combined with the decline in results, indicates the company's unpreparedness to fully transition to work from home.
