Abstract
Odobalno brodarstvo predstavlja niz poslova na moru i pod morem koji su međusobno povezani. Tržište odobalnog brodarstva od iznimne je važnosti za pomorsku industriju. Uz ubrzano povećanje svjetske potrebe za energijom, odobalna proizvodnja nafte i plina te korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije, postaju sve atraktivniji način iskorištavanja energije. Svrha ovog rada bila je istražiti i predstaviti rezultate stanja na tržištu odobalnog brodarstva, tržištu novogradnje za brodove namijenjene ovoj grani brodarstva, tržištu i mogućnostima u pogledu obnovljivih izvora energije, moguće eksploatiranje Jadranskog mora i gospodarske učinke koji bi mogli nastati kao posljedica eksploatacije te trenutno stanje s hrvatskim pomorcima zaposlenim u odobalnom brodarstvu. Istraživanjem tržišta odobalnog brodarstva došlo se do zaključka da je kriza izazvana padom cijene nafte krajem 2014. godine ostavila traga te su raskinuti ugovori za brojne poslove. Pomorci zaposleni u toj grani brodarstva ostali su bez posla, uključujući i hrvatske pomorce.
Abstract (english)
Offshore shipping represents a range of activities on sea and under sea that are interconnected. Offshore shipping market is of great importance for the maritime industry. With the rapidly increasing global demand for energy, offshore oil and gas production and use of renewable energy sources are becoming more attractive way of energy utilization. The purpose of this study was to research and present the results of market conditions offshore shipping, the market for new construction ships intended for this branch of the shipping, market and opportunities in renewable energy, possible exploitation of the Adriatic Sea and the economic effects that might occur as a result of exploitation and the current status with Croatian seamen employed in offshore shipping. Research of market offshore shipping led to the conclusion that crisis caused by fall in oil prices at the end of 2014 left its mark, and shipping companies terminate contracts for numerous jobs. Seafarers employed in this branch of the shipping have lost their jobs, including Croatian seafarers.
