Abstract
Diplomski rad provodi istraživanje vezano za simulacije, simulacijsko modeliranje te FlexTerm simulacijski program. Definiraju se pojmovi simulacija, modela i simulacijskog modeliranja. Ti isti pojmovi se kategoriziraju te se objašnjavaju karakteristike njihovih kategorizacija. Daje se uvid u važnosti i prednosti provedbe simulacije s ciljem optimizacije poslovanja. U radu se navode se primjeri simulacijskih programa te je naveden primjer korištenja FlexTerm simulacijskog programa.
Abstract (english)
The thesis conducts research related to simulations, simulation modeling, and the FlexTerm simulation program. The concepts of simulation, models, and simulation modeling are defined. These same concepts are categorized, and the characteristics of their categorizations are explained. An insight into the importance and advantages of conducting a simulation with the aim of business optimization is provided.
