Abstract
Čarter je djelatnost iznajmljivanja plovila ili pružanje usluge smještaja na plovilu u unutarnjim morskim vodama i teritorijalnom moru Republike Hrvatske. Čarter plovila rasprostranjena su uzduž Jadranske obale, sa središtem čarter baza u većim nautičkim marinama ili mjestima. U čarter plovila spada puno različitih vrsta plovila među kojima su najpopularnija vrsta jedrilice, katamarani, motorne jahte, gliseri i guleti. Danas Hrvatska ima jednu od najvećih čarter flota na svijetu i za najam je dostupno čak više od 4 200 različitih vrsta jedrilica, katamarana, motornih jahti i brodica. Ovisno o veličini čarter plovila mogu se iznajmiti s posadom ili bez nje na dnevni, višednevni ili tjedni najam. Iznajmljivanje plovila podrazumijeva davanje na korištenje plovila krajnjem korisniku u svrhu razonode sa ili bez posade s ugovorom na određeni vremensko razdoblje i unaprijed dogovorenom cijenom.
Abstract (english)
Charter is the activity of chartering a boat or providing accomodation services on the boat in the inner coastal water and the territorial sea of Republic Croatia. The charter in Croatia is widespread along the Adriatic coast, with charter base in nautical marinas or places. Charter boats are many different types of boats, including the most popular sailboats, catamarans, motor yachts and gulets. Today Croatia has one of the largest charter fleet in the world with available for charter more than 4 200 different types of sailingboats, catamarans, motor yachts and boats. Depending on the size of the boat, you can rent with or without crew for a daily, multi-day and weekly charter. The boat charter implies giving to the use of the boat to the end user for purpose of entertainment with or without a crew and contract for a specific period and pre-agreed price.
