Abstract
Ovaj rad temelji se na pravnim aspektima pomorskog spašavanja. Cilj mu je analizirati i objasniti izniman značaj operacija traganja i spašavanja na moru, istodobno ističući ključnu ulogu primjerenih zakonskih propisa u osiguravanju uspješne zaštite ljudskih života na moru. Cilj rada je pružiti sveobuhvatna razumijevanja pravnog okvira uzimajući u obzir ne samo ljudske živote već pravno gledanje prevencije zagađenja okoliša te gubitka imovine. Sam rad je ukomponirati i druge konvencije koje se jedna na drugu nadovezuju u cjelinu ovog rada i samog pomorstva.
Abstract (english)
This paper is based on the legal aspects of maritime rescue. Its aim is to analyze and clarify the exceptional importance of search and rescue operations at sea, while emphasizing the key role of appropriate legislation in ensuring the successful protection of human lives on the seas. The goal of this paper is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework to take into account not only human lives but a legal review of environmental pollution prevention and property loss. The work itself also touches other conventions that build on each other into the complex of this paper and maritime itself.
