Abstract
Završni rad ulazi u tematiku odobalnih LNG terminala koji predstavljaju ključnu komponentu globalne infrastrukture ukapljenog prirodnog plina, smještena su na moru kako bi olakšali uvoz, skladištenje, uplinjavanje i distribuciju LNG-a. Ovi terminali su strateški smješteni blizu centra potražnje, pružajući fleksibilnost u zadovoljavanju energetskih potreba. Odobalni LNG terminali obično uključuju plutajuće jedinice za skladištenje i uplinjavanje (FSRU) ili fiksne strukture opremljene za prihvat, skladištenje i uplinjavanje LNG-a.
Abstract (english)
The paper explores the topic of offshore LNG terminals, which represent a key component of the global liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure. These terminals are situated offshore to facilitate the import, storage, regasification, and distribution of LNG. They are strategically located near demand centers, providing flexibility in meeting energy needs. Offshore LNG terminals typically include floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs) or fixed structures equipped for LNG reception, storage, and regasification.
