Abstract
U ovom radu govorit će se o internetu na brodu i kako se on pruža na brodovima. Opisani su načini povezivanja i njegova ograničenja. Uspoređeno je povezivanje na kopnu s povezivanjem na brodu te na koji se način naplaćuju te usluge. Također će biti opisane prednosti i nedostaci te utjecaj povezanosti i korištenja interneta na pomorce. U tekstu su navedeni i razlozi zbog kojih je internet potreban. Na kraju su opisani uređaji koje koristimo kako bi se povezali i komunicirali preko interneta.
Abstract (english)
In this paper it will be talked about the Internet on ship and how it is provided on ships. The ways of connecting and its limitations are described. Connection on mainland is compared to the connection on ship and the ways those services are charged. The advantages and disadvantages are described as well as the impact of Internet and its use on seafarers. The text also lists the reasons why the internet is needed. In the end are described devices we use to connect and communicate over the Internet.
