Abstract
U radu je prikazan značaj dijagnostike stanja sustava, pojam kvara i pojam troška održavanja te njihova međusobna povezanost. Posebno je prikazana uloga mazivih ulja, te su analizirani zahtjevi koja maziva moraju zadovoljiti pri radu motora na teško ostatno brodsko dizel gorivo s povećanim udjelom sumpora i vanadija. Detaljno su objašnjeni sustavi cirkulacijskog te cilindarskog ulja, s priloženim shemama sustava te najvažnijim dijelovima. U zadnjem poglavlju rada obrađeni su postupci strojara prilikom pojave alarma, te načini dijagnosticiranja moguće greške odnosno otklanjanja uzroka određenog alarma.
Abstract (english)
This work shows the significance of system state diagnostics, the term of malfunction, the trem of maintance cost and their mutual connection. It especially shows the role of lubricating oils, and the analysis of the requirements which the lubricating oils need to satisfy while working with heavy fuel oil with an increased concentration of vanadium and sulfur. The systems of circulatory and cilinder oil are expained in detail, with added system schematics and it's most important parts. In the last chapter of this work, the processes of the engineer in case of an alarm are explained, the ways of diagnosing the possible malfunction and the removal of the cause of the specific alarm.
