Abstract
Cestovni promet u Hrvatskoj ali i u svijetu raste iz godine u godinu što uzrokuje veliku potrebu za izgradnjom autocesta. Istarski ipsilon sastoji se od autoceste A8 i A9 koje povezuju cijelu Istru i okolicu. Bina Istra je 1995. godine s Vladom Republike Hrvatske potpisala Ugovor o koncesiji s ciljem razvoja prometne infrastrukture u Hrvatskoj. Projekt uključuje financiranje, projektiranje, izgradnju i upravljanje cestovnom mrežom dužine 141 kilometar. U manje od deset godina od izgradnje Istarskog ipsilona promet se gotovo udvostručio jer je s modernom cestom Istra postala dostupnija. Posebna se pažnja treba posvetiti broju vozila koji prolaze kroz naplatna mjesta kako bi se moglo planirati prometnu potražnju uz primjenu teorije redova čekanja u praksi. Za analizu i ocjenu uspješnosti poslovanja na odabranim naplatnim mjestima Umag, Pula, Kanfanar i Učka korišteni su interni podaci Bina Istre o broju vozila koji su opsluženi za određeni period.
Abstract (english)
Road traffic in Croatia and in the world is growing year by year, so there is a great need for motorway construction. Istrian ipsilon consists of the A8 and A9 motorways connecting Istria and region. In 1995 Bina Istra signed the Concession Agreement with the Government of the Republic of Croatia for the purpose of developing a transport infrastructure in Croatia. The project includes financing, design, construction and management of the 141 kilometers long road network. In less than ten years since construction of the Istrian ipsilon, traffic almost doubled because it became more accessible with the modern road of Istria. Particular attention needs to be given to the number of vehicles passing through toll stations in order to plan traffic demand with application the queueing theory in practice. To analyze and evaluate the performance of the business at the selected payment points Umag, Pula, Kanfanar and Učka, the internal data of Bina Istra were used for the number of vehicles that are serviced in a certain period of time.
