Abstract
Svrha istraga pomorskih nesreća jest njihovo izbjegavanje ili smanjivanje u budućnosti. Istraga može biti orijentirana na pronalaženje razloga nesreće ili krivca za istu. Prilikom istrage istražitelji će koristiti razne sustave i opremu radi boljeg razumijevanja događanja koja su prethodila nesreći. Takvi sustavi i oprema uključuju zapisivač podataka o putovanju koji prima podatke sa navigacijske opreme te ih bilježi i pohranjuje u sigurnosnu kapsulu. Sustavi koji se ne nalaze na brodu, a također se koriste za istraživanje podataka su prije svega pomorski radarski sustav i sustav automatske identifikacije brodova. Ti sustavi daju uvid u šire područje oko broda i stanje ostalih parametara, a prikazuju i same podatke o brodu poput brzine, kursa, statusa i dr. Svaki detalj može biti od iznimne važnosti za istragu pa se tako pregledavaju i nadzorne kamere, stanje atmosfere, zagađenja morske površine naftom…
Abstract (english)
The purpose of investigating maritime accidets is to avoide or reduct accidents in future. The investigation can be oriented to finding the cause of the accident or the gulty for the same. During the investigation, investigators will use various systems and equipment for better understanding of the events that preceded the accident. Such systems and equipment include a voyage data recorder that receives information from the navigation equipment and records and stores in the data capsule. Systems that are not on board and are also used to survey data primarily are marine radar system and automatic indetification system. These systems provide insight into the area around the ship and the status of other parameters, as well as ship data such as speed, course, navigational status, etc. Each detail can be crucial for the investigation, so investigators also checks the surveillance cameras, atmosphere conditons, pollution of the sea with oil...
