Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog diplomskog rada je analiza i stanje luke Rijeka d.d., u kojoj se obuhvatilo sve usluge koje luka Rijeka pruža svojim korisnicima te kakvo je financijsko stanje poslovanja same luke. Kao pouzdani poslovni partner luka Rijeka se redovito prilagođava potrebama klijenata pruža usluge u pomorskom prometu, lučke usluge i usluge skladištenja. Ovaj rad je podijeljen na nekoliko poglavlja. U uvodnom dijelu razradilo se što je luka, koje usluge luka Rijeka d.d. pruža svojim korisnicima, tko sve ima udjela u dioničkom društvu luke te tko su koncesionari nad određenim terminalima. Kasnije se analiziralo sam rad luke Rijeka, koliko ukupnog prometa je imala luka Rijeka u protekle dvije godine te su se izračunavali financijski pokazatelji poslovanja luke. Usporedbom luke Rijeka sa lukom Kopar se vidjelo koje su mogućnosti riječke luke za unapređenje svojeg poslovanja. Na kraju rada se došlo do saznanja da luka Rijeka u 2017. godinu poslovala lošije od 2016. i 2015. godine odnosno poslovala je u gubitku.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this graduate thesis is the analysis and condition of the port of Rijeka, which will cover all port services Rijeka provides to its customers as well as the financial condition of the port itself. As a reliable port business Rijeka regularly adapts to the needs of its clients, providing services in maritime traffic, port and warehousing services. This work is divided into several chapters. In the introductory part will be elaborated what is the port itself, which services the company „port of Rijeka d.d.“ provides to its customers, who has a stake in the company and who are the concessionaires of the certain terminals. Later on the work of the port of Rijeka will be analyzed, stating how much traffic it had in total in the past two years and the financial indicators of the port operations will be calculated. Comparing the port of Rijeka with the port of Kopar will show the possibilities of Rijeka port to improve its business. At the end of this paper it came to conclusion that port of Rijeka in 2017. show less profit than in the year 2015/2016.
