Abstract
Od svojih početaka pa do danas nautički turizam je u konstantnom razvoju. Ima sve više utjecaja na nacionalno gospodarstvo. Zemlje koje imaju prirodni potencijal za razvitak nautičkog turizma, među kojima je i Hrvatska, trebaju stalno ulagati u njegov razvoj. Nautičke luke, a posebno se tu ističu marine kao glavni objekt nautičkog turizma, mjesta su gdje se pružaju turističko-nautičke usluge. Izbor lokacije, projektiranje i izgradnja nautičkih luka kompleksan je proces koji zahtijeva sustavan i integralan pristup.
Abstract (english)
Since the beginning of its develpoment nautical tourism is constantly evolving. Its impact on the national economy grows every day. Countries that have a natural potential for the development of nautical tourism, including Croatia, should constantly invest in its growth. Nautical port, especially the Marina as its main object, is a place where tourism-nautical services are provided. The selection of the location, planning and construction is a rather complex process that requires systematic and integral approach.
