Abstract
U ekonomiji znanja zaposlenici postaju ključni nositelji konkurentske prednosti poduzeća. Kako se poslovno okruženje zaoštrava pod utjecajem rasta konkurencije, organizacije se susreću sa sve brojnijim izazovima u osiguranju održive konkurentske prednosti. Iz tog je razloga razvijena disciplina strateškog upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima koja se može smatrati zadnjom fazom u procesu evolucije upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Strateško upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima ima za cilj povezivanje i integriranje strateškog razvojnog usmjerenja u poslovanju poduzeća s upravljanjem ljudskim potencijalima. Na ovaj se način osigurava usmjerenost izvedbe zaposlenika ka realizaciji strateških poslovnih ciljeva. Različite strategije poslovanja koje se mogu podijeliti na strategije održavanja postojećeg stanja, razvojne strategije i strategije poslovanja u krizni uvjetima zahtijevaju različit pristup upravljanju ljudskim potencijalima. Prilikom provedbe strateškog upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima važno je osigurati sklad između planirane, stvarne i percipirane strategije upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima s ciljem dobivanja željenog odgovora zaposlenika te s ciljem unaprjeđenja performansi. Strateško upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima na globalnoj razini obilježava primjena koncepata upravljanja kompetencijama, talentima, intelektualnim kapitalom, znanjem i različitostima.
Abstract (english)
In the knowledge economy, employees become key drivers of the company's competitive advantage. As the business environment is tightened under the influence of increased competition, the organization faces ever-increasing challenges in securing sustainable competitive advantage. For this reason, the discipline of strategic human resource management has been developed, which can be considered the last stage in the process of evolution of human resources management. Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) aims to link and integrate a strategic developmental orientation in the business of a human resource management company. It ensures the orientation of employee performance towards the realization of strategic business goals. Different business strategies that can be divided into strategies of maintaining the current state, development strategies and business strategies in crisis conditions require different approaches to human resource management. When implementing strategic human resource management, it is important to ensure harmony between the planned, actual and perceived human resource management strategy with the aim of getting the employee's desired response and improving performance. Global Strategic Human Resource Management is marked the application of concepts of managing competences, talents, intellectual capital, knowledge and diversity.
