Abstract
U ovom radu je odrađeno nerazorno ispitivanje posude pod tlakom dostupnim metodama, u svrhu određivanja stanja ispravnosti iste. Također će biti opisan način proizvodnje posuda pod tlakom, te navedena pravila po kojima se obavlja njihov pregled. Najvećim djelom rad će se bazirati na obradi vizualne, penetrantske, ultrazvučne i tlačne metode nerazornog ispitivanja. Također će se teorijski opisati značajke zadane posude pod tlakom, dokumentirati tijek ispitivanja te prikazati, komentirati i obrazložiti dobiveni rezultati. Bit će navedene neželjene posljedice neredovitog ispitivanja opreme pod tlakom te kako ih spriječiti da ne dođe do gubitka funkcionalnosti takve opreme.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, an nondestrucive testing of the pressure vessel will be carried out using available methods to determine their correctness. The process of producing a pressure vessel as well as the rules for their inspection will be described. Most of this paper will be based on visual, penetrating, ultrasonic and leak testing methods of non-destructive testing. Also, theoretical descriptions of the given pressure vessels will be made as well as displaying the entire process of testing. Received results will be shown, discussed and explained. Furthermore, unwanted consequences of irregular testing of pressure equipment will be stated and what to do to prevent loss of functionality of such equipment.
