Abstract
Tema ovog rada je pomorsko dobro kao temelj razvoja luke. Ovim radom obuhvaćen je veliki dio materije koja se bavi lukama, pomorskim dobrom i koncesijama na pomorskom dobru. Fokus ovog rada je pomorsko dobro kao temelj razvoja luke. Prvi dio rada obuhvaća, te obrađuje dio o lukama i njihove karakteristike. Zatim osnovne podijele luka i kako bi se trebalo s njim postupati da bi bile efikasnije. Uz definiciju luka govori se o pomorskom dobru kao glavnom elementu za davanje koncesija. Obrađene su... More granice pomorskog dobra i sama definicija pomorskog dobra, zatim se govori o upravljanju pomorskim dobrom te je to znanje primijenjeno u praksi. Nakon toga prelazi se na drugu polovicu rada koja se bavi koncesijama od osnovne definicije do detaljnog opisa dobivanja koncesije. Pritom je obrađen postupak dodjeljivanja koncesije u lukama posebne namjene i lukama otvorenog tipa. Rad u svojoj osnovi daje pokazatelje razvoja luka kroz navedene elemente. Pritom je korištena SWOT analiza kako bi se dokazalo gospodarsku isplativost pomorskog dobra, uzimajući sve te čimbenike. Analizirana je luka Zadar kao kružna destinacija, te kako bi ovaj rad bio zaključen utvrđeni su budući koraci u razvoju luke. Less
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper is the maritime domain as a basis for port development. This work covers a large part of the matter dealing with ports, maritime domain and maritime domain concessions. The focus of this paper is maritime wellbeing as the basis for port development. The first part of the paper covers, and deals with, the port section and their characteristics. Then the basic divisions of the port and how it should be handled to be more efficient. The definition of onion speaks of the... More maritime domain as the main element for granting concessions. The boundaries of the maritime domain and the very definition of the maritime domain have been elaborated, then the management of the maritime domain has been discussed and this knowledge has been applied in practice. After that, we move on to the second half of the work dealing with concessions, from the basic definition to the detailed description of obtaining a concession. The procedure for awarding concessions in special II purpose and open ports was processed. The paper basically gives indicators of the development of the port through these elements. In doing so, a SWOT analysis was used to prove the economic viability of the maritime domain, taking all these factors into account. The port of Zadar was analyzed as a circular destination, and in order to conclude this work, future steps in port development were identified. Less
