Abstract
U ovom radu analizira se stanje važne proizvodne tehnologije koja se brzo razvija, proizvodna tehnologija koja se još naziva aditivna proizvodnja (AM), izravna digitalna proizvodnja, izrada slobodnog oblika ili 3D ispis itd. Pružen je širok pregled metal aditivne proizvodnje. Metal aditivna proizvodnja ima mogućnosti i potencijal za promjenu proizvodnje metalnih dijelova na globalnoj razini, također ima mogućnost revolucionirati svijet logistike. Omogućuje distribuiranu proizvodnju i proizvodnje dijelova na zahtjev, istovremeno nudeći potencijal za smanjenje troškova, potrošnje energija i ugljičnog otiska. Ovaj rad istražuje povezane znanosti o materijalima, procesima proizvodnje i razmatranje poslovanja povezanih s postizanjem tih postignuća. Zaključeno je da je potreban pomak paradigme da bi se u potpunosti iskoristio potencijal metal aditivne proizvodnje.
Abstract (english)
This paper reviews the state-of-the-art of an inportant, rapidly emerging, manufacturing technology that is alternatively called additive manufacturing (AM), direct digital manufacturing, free form fabrication, or 3D printing, etc. A broad contextual overview of metallic AM is provided. AM has the potential to revolutionaize the global parts manufacturing and logistics landscape. It enables distributed manufacturing and the productions of parts-on-demand while offering the potential to reduce cost, energy consuption, and carbon footprint. This paper explores the material science, processes, and business consideration associated with achieving these performance gains. It is concluded that paradigm shift is required in order to fully exploit AM potential.
