Abstract
Razvoj suvremene tehnologije u pomorskom prometu izravno je utjecao na izgradnju modernijih i tržištu prihvatljivih lučkih terminala. Lučki terminali moraju biti opremljeni suvremenom opremom, uređajima i objektima, kako bi se pomorski promet odvijao u skladu s postavljenim zahtjevima. Razvoj lučkih objekata omogućio je brže, jednostavnije, ekonomičnije i sigurnije odvijanje pomorskog prometa. Za kontinuiranost i eksploataciju tih objekata potrebno je njihovo čuvanje i održavanje koje ovisi o tipu građevine i vanjskim utjecajima. Za pravilno održavanje potrebni su ljudski, materijalni i informacijski resursi koji obavljaju nadzore, sanacije,remonte i preglede na dnevnoj, mjesečnoj i godišnjoj razini kako bi se uvjerili u postojeće stanje objekata. Svaka promjena se evidentira u poslovne knjige te se prema pravilima i propisima poduzimaju akcije održavanja lučkih terminalnih objekata.
Abstract (english)
The development of modern-day technology in maritime traffic has directly influenced the building of harbour terminals which are more modern and acceptable on the market. Harbour terminals have to be equipped with modern equipment, devices and objects for maritime traffic to run in line with the set requests. The development of harbour objects enabled a faster, simpler and more economical and safer maritime traffic. For the continuity and exploitation of these objects it is necessary to keep and maintain them, which depends on the type of building and external influences. Human, material and information resources are necessary for a right maintenance. They perform supervisions, sanitizations, repairs and check-ups on a daily, monthly and annual basis to assure themselves of the current state of the object. Evidence is kept in business books about every change and actions are undertaken according to rules and regulations for the maintenance of harbour terminal objects.
