Abstract
Održavanje broda i brodske opreme ovisi o materijalu gradnje samog broda kao i o načinu na koji će se materijal tretirati. Vrste materijala mogu biti drvo, plastika, aluminij ili čelik, te svaki od njih ima svojstveni način održavanja. Od davnina se kao primarni oblik gradnje koristilo drvo pa se i jedan od načina za odrţavanje drvenih dijelova broda koristilo karinjenje. Prijelazno razdoblje prema modernim materijalima koristilo se željezo koje se učvršćivalo zakovicama. Do 80-ih godina prošlog stoljeća čovjek je bio glavna karika u procesu održavanja, dok se u današnje vrijeme sve više daje prednost robotiziranim sustavima, koji su nadmoćniji u svojoj inteligenciji, preciznosti i brzini proizvodnih i operativnih procesa. Roboti se klasificiraju prema ISO standardima i prema vrstama posla koje mogu obavljati.
Abstract (english)
Maintenance of the ship and its equipment depends on the building material as well as how the material will be treated. Type of material can be wood, plastic, aluminium or steel, and each one of them has its own characteristic way of maintenance. Since ancient times, the primary form of shipbuilding has been the use of wood and thus one of the maintenance types used for the wooden parts was careening. Transition period toward modern materials was the use of iron which was reinforced by rivet bolts. Until 1980, a man was the main link in the maintenance process, and nowdays more precedence is given to the robotic systems, which are far more superior in their intelligence, precision and rate of manufacturing and operating processes. Robots are classified according to ISO standards and type of labor.
