In this final paper, the topic of the introduction of robotization in the manufacturing process of the company dealing with the international classification of products, the production of pressure castings in aluminium, will be dealt with. When processing the topic, schematic representations, image representations and known facts will be used to create a clearer conception of the process of introducing the Robic line into the production process of the real company. As the main reasons for introducing robotization into the production line, the company states: reduction of production costs, stabilization of technological process and application of product clients for robotic line as an integral part of the production process. An additional reason for purchasing the robotic line of the Chinese manufacturer "Borunte" was also a far more favorable purchase price of the line compared to, by purpose, the same line of renowned western manufacturers such as "ABB Robotics". At the same time, the acquisition of the robotic line "Borunte" served as a verification of its quality in fulfilling technological requirements for a longer period in production. If the purchased and built-in robotic line meets the production bays, the company will also continue to acquire equipment from the same manufacturer of the robotic lines in the future. In the chapter relating to the installation of the robotic line, great importance has been given to the preparation of the workplaces of the individual elements of the line in a way that optimally utilise its characteristics since the entire line should be adapted to the real state of the casting machine and its movable devices. The aim of this final work is to present, on the concrete example, the installation and introduction into the production technological process, the robotic line of the Chinese manufacturer "Borunte", to show all the actions necessary to perform the system installation and commissioning system in a continuous process.
