Abstract
Kroz rad se govori o aktualnom stanju brodogradnje na razini Republike Hrvatske, ali i na globalnoj razini. Obrazložena je loša situacija na brodograđevnom tržištu i propadanje hrvatske brodogradnje, te su navedene moguće strategije koje bi mogle doprinijeti poboljšanju brodogradnje u Hrvatskoj. Također, u radu se govori o restrukturiranju hrvatske brodogradnje i uloženim financijskim sredstvima za spas brodogradilišta, ali bezuspješno. More gospodarstvo Republike Hrvatske s obzirom na broj zaposlenih i izvoznu djelatnost u usporedbi s drugim industrijskim sektorima Republike Hrvatske. Zaključuje se da je situacija u hrvatskoj brodogradnji neodrživa s gledišta proizvodnje, organizacije djelatnosti i visine državne potpore koju prima. Privatizacija se pokazala lošom s obzirom na globalnu recesiju u tom razdoblju i lošu strategiju države, a danas je upitan i opstanak brodograđevne djelatnosti u svim brodogradilištima što će ovisiti o interesima i poslovnim strategijama većinskih vlasnika brodogradilišta. Abstract (english)
Through the paper we are talking about the current state of shipbuilding at the level of the Republic of Croatia, as well as globally. The poor situation in the shipbuilding market and the deterioration of Croatian shipbuilding has been explaine, as well as the possible strategies that could contribute to the improvement of shipbuilding in Croatia. Also, the paper deals with restructuring Croatian shipbuilding and invested billions to save shipyards but unsuccessfully. At the end of the... More paper, it was stated that shipbuilding affects the economy of the Republic of Croatia considering the number of employers and the original activity compared to other industrial sectors of the Republic of Croatia. It is concluded that the situation in Croatian shipbuilding is unsustainable from the point of view of production, organization of activity and the level of state aid it receives. Privatization proved to be bad due to the global recession in that period and the country's poor strategy, the survival of shipbuilding activities in all shipyards is questionable, which will depend on the interests and business strategies of larger shipowners.
