Abstract
Cilj ovoga završnog rada je istražiti način rada kompresora zraka, moguće greške u radu i načine otklanjanja istih. Svrha kompresora je podizanje energetske razine zraku tlačenjem, da bi se taj zrak koristio za upućivanje motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem i upravljanje pneumatikom. Kompresori zraka se prema izvedbi dijele na klipne i rotacijske, a budući da su klipni kompresori češće korišteni, biti će primarni za ovaj rad. Početak rada posvećen je općenito pojmu kvara, dijagnostici kvarova i održavanju tehničkih sustava. Dalje su navedene vrste kompresora zraka, način rada istih te njihova uporaba. Uz to će biti objašnjeni i načini regulacije kompresora kao i način hlađenja, podmazivanja i zakonske odredbe za brodske kompresore zraka. Na kraju rada su objašnjeni najučestaliji kvarovi, uzroci kvarova te mogući način otklanjanja kvara.
Abstract (english)
Goal of this BSc is to explore working principle of air compressors, possible failures in operating conditions and ways to remove malfunctions. Purpose of air compressor is to increase energy level of air by increasing its pressure, so it can be used as starting air of internal combustion engines as well as controling of pneumatical equipment. Air compressors are divided into linear and rotational, and since linear air compressors are more common they will be primary for this thesis. First part of this thesis is dedicated to explain the terms of failure, failure diagnosis and maintenance of tehnical system. Next part of paper is used to explain different types of air compressors, its working principle and uses. Also it will be explained how the air compressor is regulated together with cooling and lubrication systems and requirements for marine air compressors. Last part of the paper is used to explain most common failures, their cause and possible way to fix them.
