Abstract
Tržište dobavnih lanaca uvelike se mijenja pod utjecajem globalizacije. Logističke tvrtke moraju biti korak ispred suvremenog poslovanja te klijentima pružati razne logističke usluge od samog transporta i skladištenja pa sve do pakiranja i „value-added“ usluga. 3PL tvrtke najbolje opisuju pružanje specijaliziranih logističkih usluga drugim tvrtkama te pozitivne poslovne rezultate koji proizlaze iz outsourcinga. Adekvatan uvid u tržišnu situaciju, dobar menadžment, ostvarivanje poslovnih ciljeva i zadovoljstvo klijenata neki su od temeljnih uvjeta za stvaranje snažne logističke ponude. Svaka tvrtka za uspješno poslovanje mora napraviti sve potrebne analize svih čimbenika koji dolaze izvana, ali i unutar same organizacije.
