Abstract
Istraživanje aktualnih problema inovacija u cestovnom prometu, ocjena utjecaja institucionalnog okvira na stupanj inovacija u Republici Hrvatskoj, određivanje važnosti inovacija u cestovnom prometu kao utjecaj na održivi i uravnoteženi gospodarski i društveni razvoj prometa, stvaraju temeljne pretpostavke o važnosti postojanja Europskog instituta za inovacije i tehnologiju i Obzora 2020, za što nam je potrebna europska politika istraživanja i inovacija i integracija pametne infrastrukture.
Abstract (english)
The research of current problems of innovation in road transport, rating of impact of the institutional framework in the level of innovation in the Republic of Croatia, determing the importance of innovation in road transport as well as the impact on sustainable and balanced economic and social development of traffic creates basic assumptions about the importance of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology and Horizon 2020, therefore comes the need of an European policy of research and innovation and the integration of smart infrastructure.
