Abstract
Onečišćenje mora naftom i naftnim derivatima problem je koji samo raste, unatoč današnjim modernim tehnologijama. U radu su objašnjeni pravni i tehnički uvjeti koji su poduzeti u cilju sprječavanja onečišćenja mora uzrokovana transportom ulja. Opisane su karakteristike ulja te njihov utjecaj na okoliš u slučaju havarije tankera. Navedene su metode zaštite i čišćenja morskog okoliša. Unatoč provođenju preventivnih mjerama, najviše ispusta dolazi iz uobičajenih operacija broda te iz havarija, bez obzira radi li se o kvaru brodskih sustava ili pogrešci posade. Svako onečišćenje mora uljem uzrokuje teške posljedice i višegodišnje oporavljanje morskog okoliša. Na kraju rada napisan je osvrt na stanje Jadranskog mora kojim svakodnevno plove tankeri.
Abstract (english)
Pollution of the sea by oil and oil products is a growing problem, despite today's modern technologies. This work explained legal and technical conditions that have been taken in order to prevent pollution in the sea by tankers. The characteristics of the oil that affect the environment in the event of a tanker breakdown are described. Methods of protection and cleaning of the marine environment are listed. Despite implementation of preventive measures, most discharges come from normal ship operations and from accidents, whether or not if it is a breakdown of the ship's system or a fault of the crew. Any pollution of the sea with oil measures the severe consequences and many years of recovery of the marine environment. At the end of the work, a review of the state of the Adriatic sea is written, in which tankers sail every day. Keywords: oil,
