Abstract
Razvoj predstavlja konstantno prilagođavanje promjenama i uvođenje novih tehnologija. U lučke se sustave svakodnevno ulaže jako puno vremena kako bi se stvorio konkurentski odnos na svjetskom tržištu preduvjeti za identifikaciju ali i prihvaćanje novih tehnologija potrebnih za modernizaciju luka. Vrlo je teško predvidjeti razvoj i odvijanje prometa u lukama. Povezanost luke s infrastrukturom i prometnim pravcima rezultira uspješnim lučkim sustavom. Razvoj lučkog sustava postiže se i suradnjom svih interesnih skupina koji djeluju u lučkom sustavu. Lučki su sustavi uz brodarstvo i brodogradnju, temeljna karika pomorskog gospodarstva te predstavljaju primarno polazište njegova razvoja. Osim toga, luke su ključni podsustav pomorskog i prometnog sustava te poticatelj razvitka mnogih gospodarskih djelatnosti i prometnih tokova.
Abstract (english)
Development represents constant adaptation to changes and introduction of new technologies. A lot of time and energy is invested in port systems with the intention of creating a competitive relationship on the world market and creating the preconditions for the identification and acceptance of technologies needed for expansion and modernization. It is very difficult to predict the development and development of traffic. The connection of the port with the infrastructure and traffic routes and the choice of the right model of port system management make a successful port system. The development of the port system is also achieved through the cooperation of all stakeholders operating in the port system. Port systems, in addition to shipping and shipbuilding, are a fundamental link in the maritime economy and represent the primary starting point for its development. In addition, ports are a key subsystem of the maritime and transport system and a stimulator of the development of many economic activities and traffic flows.
