Abstract
S obzirom da se vanjska trgovina snažno razvija, luke su bitan čimbenik razvitka raznih gospodarskih djelatnosti, te cjelokupnog gospodarstva zemlje u kojoj su smještene. Luke danas potiču korištenje intermodalnog transporta tereta. Logistika zaleđa je bitna komponenta u opskrbnom lancu. Povezivanje luke sa zaleđem vrlo je značajno kod prijevoza u unutrašnjost. Ovaj rad definirat će faktore koji su utjecali na formiranje luke Hamburg i definirati povezanost sa zaleđem prema vrsti prometnih grana. Rad ove luke bazira se na prilagođavanju kontinuiranim promjenama na tržištu, uvođenju automatizacije i kvalitetnoj intermodalnoj povezanosti sa zaleđem.
Abstract (english)
Aware of the fact that foreign trade is developing strongly, seaports are substantially factor in the development of many economic activities and hence the overall economy of the country in which they are located. Today ports encourage the use of intermodal freight transport.hinterland logistics is an essential component in the supply chain. Connecting the port to the hinterland is important for cargo transportation on the continent. This paper will define important factors which influenced port of Hamburg and define connection with its hinterland according to specific kind of transport. Management of this port is based on constantly adapting to changes on the market, introduction of automatization and high quality intermodal connections with its hinterland.
