Abstract
U ovom radu je opisan princip rada centrifugalnih samočistioca i funkcije njegovih dijelova. Pojašnjeni su i prikazani konvencionalni separatori koje se koriste već duže vrijeme i još su uporabi na brodovima te najmoderniji separatori koji su ekonomičniji, lakši za održavanje i rukovanje. Opisani su postupci koje je potrebno napraviti u slučaju kvarova i kako dijagnosticirati te prepoznati o kojem je kvaru riječ. Koraci u rutinskom održavanju i rukovanju sa separatorom su napisani i prikazani uz naglasak na maksimalnu sigurnost pri radu i održavanju. Prikazano je i pojašnjeno rukovanje alarmnom pločom i senzori koji su spojeni za praćenje rada separatora.
Abstract (english)
Centrifugal separators are described in this final work, the principle of operation and the mainparts function. Conventional separators that are used for a long time and still in use on shipsare showed and explained. Modern separators with new operating technology are shown, it is described how they are more economic, easier for maintenance and user-friendly. There are written and described the procedures in case of malfunction and breakdown and how to carry out diagnostics of malfunctios. Steps for routine maintenance are explained with emphasis on maximal safety on work. Separator alarm panel is described and sensors which are connected to separator for work monitoring.
