Abstract
Inventeri za zavarivanje su uređaji čija je upotreba sve češća te je potražnja iz godine u godinu sve veća. Razlikuju se dva načina zavarivanja, a to su MIG-MAG zavarivanje i TIG zavarivanje. MIG-MAG postupak ili drugim nazivom elektrolučno zavarivanje je poluautomatski ili automatski postupak zavarivanja koji koristi stalno dovođenje gole žice kao elektrode za zavarivanje. Kod TIG uređaja postupak je drugačiji. U kontrolnom ormariću se nalazi transformatsko napajanje, strujni ispravljač, upravljačka elektronika i sistem za rashlađivanje pištolja koji je spojen na električnu mrežu. Zavarivanje MIG postupkom ima prednost pred zavarivanjem TIG postupkom sa stajališta ekonomičnosti. Robot za zavarivanje je novi način zavarivanja i iz godine u godinu sve se više razvija. Počinje se koristiti zato što pomaže u rješavanju nezdrave atmosfere, visoke temperature, visokih razina buke ili otrovnih plinova.
Abstract (english)
Welding inventories are devices whose use is becoming more frequent and the demand is increasing from year to year. There are two ways of welding, MIG - MAG welding and TIG welding. Mig - Mag process or also called electric arc welding is a semi-automatic or automatic welding process that uses the constant supply of bare wire as welding electrodes. The procedure is different for TIG devices. The control cabinet contains a transformer power supply, a power adapter, control electronics and a cooling system for the gun that is connected to the mains. MIG welding has an advantage over TIG welding from the point of view for the economy. The welding robot is a new way of welding and is developing much more from year to year. It is being used because it helps deal with unhealthy atmospheres, high temperatures, high noise levels or toxic gases.
