Abstract
Upravljanje prometnom mrežom s obzirom na trenutnu prometnu potražnju moguće je primjenom tehnologije inteligentnih transportnih sustava i njihovim uvođenjem u postojeće prometne sustave. Uvođenjem automatskog upravljanja u gradsku mrežu prometnica i njegovim pravilnim iskorištavanjem povećava se sigurnost prometa, a smanjuju se troškovi i onečišćenje okoliša. Kako bi se to ostvarilo velik je broj čimbenika koji utječu na planiranje i vođenje prometa. Također, potrebne su točne i precizne analize prometnih parametara i opterećenja promatranog područja, na temelju kojih se donose dugoročni planovi integracije novog sustava u fazama te strategije upravljanja kako bi iskoristivost sustava bila što je moguće veća.
Abstract (english)
According to the actual traffic demand, transport network controlling is possible by implementing technologies from intelligent traffic systems in the existing traffic systems. This implementation of automatic controlling into the metropolitan area network, as well as the proper usage, means increment of the level of safeness in the traffic flow on the one hand and decrement of costs and environmental pollution on the other. In order to attain this goal there are many factors affecting planning and governing traffic. Furthermore, we need exact and precise analyses concerning traffic modifiers and ballasts of areas under consideration which would help up scheme long-term plans of integration of this new system in all stages as well as make strategies of controlling in order make the most of the system.
