Abstract
Cilj ovog rada jest objasniti načelo rada centrifugalne pumpe kako bi se u što boljoj mjeri mogli dijagnosticirati, a zatim i ukloniti mogući kvarovi. Osim svojstava centrifugalne pumpe, detaljno je objašnjena i sama konstrukcija kao i mjere koje se moraju poduzeti prije njenog puštanja u rad. Svaki uređaj na brodu podložan je određenim kvarovima pa tako i centrifugalna pumpa. U ovom radu naglasak je stavljen upravo na detaljno pojašnjenje kvara kao i moguće razloge i rješenja kojima bi se taj kvar uklonio u što bržem vremenskom roku. Pošto nisu svi kvarovi jednako zahtjevni, svakome je od njih potrebno prići s mnogo opreza. Unatoč raznim kvarovima, centrifugalne pumpe imaju sve veću primjenu u raznim brodskim sustavima radi brojnih pozitivnih karakteristika, kao što su jeftino održavanje te relativna pristupačnost.
Abstract (english)
The main purpose of this work is to explain the principle of operation of each centrifugal pumps in order to diagnose and then eliminate possible failures. In addition to the properties of the centrifugal pump, the construction is explained in detail, as well as the measures that must be taken before its commissioning. Every device on the ship is subject to certain failures, including the centrifugal pump. In this work, the emphasis is placed on a detailed explanation of each failure as well as possible reasons and solutions that would eliminate the failure as soon as possible. Since not all failures are equally demanding, each of them needs to be approached with caution. Despite various failures, centrifugal pumps have increasing applications in various marine systems due to a number of positive features, such as cheap maintenance and relative affordability.
