Abstract
Uloga otpremnika u procesu postpomorske logistike je od velike važnosti za funkcioniranje cjelokupnog procesa trgovine robe. Otpremnik sudjeluje u procesu kao organizator prijevoza robe, carinski zastupnik, broker tereta, posrednik između kupca i prodavatelja koji kao njihov nalogoprimatelj ispunjava ciljeve i zadaće cijele organizacije. Cilj završnog rada je analizirati otpremnikovu ulogu u procesu post-pomorske logistike, istražiti njegove poslove i obaveze te prepoznati izazove s kojima se otpremnik susreće u procesu post-pomorske logistike, koristeći dostupnu stručnu literaturu i primjere iz prakse. U završnom radu pojašnjeni su poslovi koje otpremnik obavlja u cijelom procesu koristeći stečena znanja i iskustvo, kroz uloge carinskog zastupnika, poveznika između brodara i nalogodavatelja, organizatora lučkog prijevoza, provoza i skladištenja robe te organizatora transporta do krajnje točke iskrcaja robe.
Abstract (english)
The role of the forwarding agent in the postmaritime logistics process is of great importance for the functioning of the entire merchandise trade process. The forwarder participates in the process as an organizer of the transport of goods, a customs agent, a freight broker, an intermediary between the buyer and the seller who, as their consignee, fulfills the goals and tasks of the entire organization. The aim of this paper is to analyze the forwarding agent's role in the post-maritime logistics process, explore its tasks and obligations and identify the challenges faced in the postmaritime logistics process, using available professional literature and practical examples. By analyzing the final work, we can observe what types of work the shipper performs in the whole process using the acquired knowledge and experience. Its significance through the roles of customs representative, liaison between the shipowner and the principal, organizer of port transport, transit and storage of goods, organizer of transport to the end point of unloading of goods.
