Abstract
Taxi boat vrsta je prijevoza gdje korisnik na određeno vrijeme uz određenu cijenu iznajmljuje plovilo s prijevoznikom, koji će korisnika prevesti od jedne lokacije do druge prihvaćajući pritom prava i obveze. Takva vrsta usluge dostupna je u Hrvatskoj više godina te se razvojem turizma znatno širi i zahtjeva nove inovacije. Uporabom mobilnih aplikacija takva vrsta usluge omogućuje brže, modernije i jednostavnije obavljanje prijevoza putnika, posebnu značajnost ima zbog vremena gdje se sve više ljudi upotrebljava razne metode transport. U ovom se radu analizira taxi boat kao transportna taksi služba te njen utjecaj na redefiniranje načina mobilnosti putnika. Ujedno u radu će se istražiti segmenti koji će uslugu činiti drugačijom od dosadašnje ponude taxi boat usluge te način na koji usluga djeluje na tržište, prvenstveno s aspekta utjecaja na korisničke navike i potražnju za daljnjim inovacijama.
Abstract (english)
Taxi boat is a type of transport where the user is seeking to ride hail a boat which will transport the user for one location to another for asked price. Taxi boat service is available in Croatia for many years now and the interest in this type of service rises with the expansion of tourism, that also requires new innovation. Mobile applications provide not just flexibility but also a way for a simpler, faster and modern way of transport. Especially in time where people use all kinds of different transportation systems. This paper is going to provide an analysis of taxi boat transport as a service and how it affects the market. Also the impact it has on redefining and re-innovation of known services.
