Abstract
Svrha ovog rada je pojasniti i analizirati lučke tarife, usporediti tarife luke Rijeka i luke Kopar s naglaskom na tezu o ekonomičnosti luke Rijeka naspram luke Kopar te vidjeti koje su mogućnosti povećanja efikasnosti ticanja plovila u samim lukama. Kroz rad su prikazane osnovne značajke i funkcije morskih luka te koja su geografska obilježja luka koja se kompariraju i njihova vlasnička struktura. Detaljno su navedeni lučki troškovi koje plovilo tijekom ticanja može generirati te su za pojedina plovila izračunati troškovi na temelju baznih tarifa.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper is to explain and analyze port tariffs, compare the tariffs of the port of Rijeka and the port of Kopar with an emphasis on whether the port of Rijeka is more economical than the port of Kopar and see what are the possibilities to increase the efficiency of the vessels. The paper presents the basic characteristics and functions of seaports and the geographical features of the ports being compared and their ownership structure. The port costs that the vessel can generate during tangling are detailed and for individual vessels the costs are calculated based on the base tariffs.
