Abstract
Nautički turizam je multidisicplinarna djelatnost koja označava dobrovoljno kretanje ljudi pri čemu je veoma izražena njegova pomorska komponenta. Za nastanak i razvoj suvremenog nautičkog turizma, te relativnu masovnost, zaslužno je nekoliko faktora, prije svega, snažni gospodarski razvoj Europe i Sjedinjenih Američkih Država nakon Drugog svjetskog rata, koji je, posljedično, stvorio srednji društveni sloj s dovoljno slobodnog vremena i financijskih sredstava, nužnim preduvjetima za uživanje nautičkog turizma. Nadalje, otkrivanjem novih, jeftinijih građevnih materijala, plovila postaju pristupačnija u pogledu izgradnje, kupovine i održavanja. Istočna jadranska obala, iako povoljna za razvoj nautičkog turizma, zbog određenih ekonomskih, političkih i društvenih razloga kasnije se uključuje u nove trendove razvoja tog oblika turizma. Provedenom komparativnom analizom nautičkog turizma Hrvatske i Mediterana pokazalo se da je Hrvatska relativno konkurentna. Mogućnosti razvoja nautičko-turističke ponude na Jadranu su velike, a uvjetovane su prirodnim ljepotama, čistoćom mora i obale, educiranim djelatnicima te strateškim usmjerenjima od strane države.
Abstract (english)
Nautical tourism is a multidisciplinary activity which indicates voluntary movement of people with a very pronounced naval component. For the creation and development of modern nautical tourism, and the relative mass, it has been selected by several factors, above all, the strong economic development of Europe and the United States after World War II, that is, consequently, created a middle class with enough free time and financial resources, necessary prerequisite for enjoying nautical tourism. Furthermore, the discovery of new, cheaper building materials, vessels become more accessible in terms of construction, purchasing and maintenance. Eastern adriatic coast, although favorable to the development of nautical tourism, because of certain economic, political and social reasons later evolve into new trends of development of this form of tourism. Comparative analysis of croatian and mediterranean nautical tourism showed that Croatia is relatively competitive. Possibilities for development of nautical tourism offer in the Adriatic are large, conditioned by natural beauty, clean sea and coast, trained employees and strategic directions of the state.
