Abstract
Transformatorska ulja osiguravaju pouzdan rad transformatora tijekom njegovog životnog vijeka. Glavna uloga ulja u transformatorima je da služe kao medij za hlađenje i kao izolacijski materijal. Kao najčešće upotrebljavana ulja koriste se mineralna ulja zbog iznimno dobrih električnih i toplinskih svojstava te cijene. U novije vrijeme sve se više upotrebljavaju i esterska ulja zbog visoke otpornosti na temperaturu i biorazgradivosti. Visoki sadržaj vlage u izolacijskim materijalima može prouzrokovati značajne štete u radu transformatora. Da bi se izbjegli štetni utjecaji vlage, transformator je potrebno osušiti i smanjiti mu sadržaj vlage ispod 1%. Jedna od najučinkovitijih metoda sušenja koja se danas koristi je sušenje kerozinskim parama. Princip sušenja se temelji na iskorištenju topline kondenzacije kerozina. Da bi se ulje moglo koristiti u transformatoru mora zadovoljiti različita svojstva. Glavna svojstava transformatorskog ulja su: svojstva bitna za hlađenje (viskoznost, točka stiništa), svojstva bitna za izolaciju (BDV, sadržaj vode), DGA. Prije upotrebe transformatorsko ulje je potrebno obraditi kako bi se sadržaj nečistoća, vode i plinova doveo u odgovarajuće granice. Nakon obrade ulje mora imati sadržaj vode <10 ppm, plinova <1%, BDV > 60 kV. Redovno ispitivanje fizikalno-kemijskih i dielektričnih svojstava ulja od iznimne je važnosti na životni vijek transformatora. Ispitivanja transformatorskog ulja provode se prije puštanja u pogon te u različitim periodima eksploatacije. Najčešće se ispituje sadržaj vode u ulju, probojni napon te kromatografska analiza plinova u ulju. Pomoću navedenih ispitivanja dobiva se jasna slika stanja transformatora.
Abstract (english)
Transformer oil ensure the reliable operation of the transformer during its lifetime. The main purpose of oil in transformer: as a cooling media and an insulating material. The most commonly used oils are mineral oil due to their good electrical and thermal properties and price. Nowadays, ester oil are increasingly used due to their high temperature resistance and biodegradability. High moisture content in insulating materials can cause significant damage to the transformer. In order to avoid the harmful effects of moisture, the transformer must be dried and the moisture content reduced below 1%. One of the most effective drying methods used today is vapor phase drying. The drying principle is based on the use of solvent condensation heat. In order for the oil to be used in a transformer, it must fulfill various properties. The main properties of the transformer oil are: properties essential for cooling ( viscosity, pour point), properties essential for insulation (BDV, water content), DGA. Before use, the transformer oil must be treated. After the treatment, the oil must have a water content < 10 ppm, gases < 1%, BDV > 60 kV. Regular tests of the physico-chemical and dielectric properties of the oil is important for the lifetime of the transformer. The transformer oil tests are carried out before commissioning and in different periods of exploitation. The water content in the oil, the breakdown voltage and the chromatographic analysis of the gases in the oil are most often tested. With the help of the mentioned tests, a clear picture of the state of the transformer is obtained.
