Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je dogradnja Istarskog ipsilona u funkciji turizma, pri čemu sam se fokusirao ne samo na povijesnu važnost cesta u Istri već i na prirodne ljepote Istre, koje, koliko je vidljivo i prema tekućoj turističkoj sezoni, turisti veoma cijene. Istaknuta je i važnog prometnog sustava Istre u kontekstu razvoja Istre, a u centralnom dijelu svog rada, osvrćem se i baziram na ulogu koncesionara Bina Istre kao graditelja Istarskog ipsilona te na ključne odrednice koje je isti Istri donio, a koje su doprinijele visokoj zaposlenosti Istre te standardu stanovništva.
