Abstract
Promet i prometna infrastruktura kao aktivni dionici gospodarskoga razvoja, imaju direktan i indirektan utjecaj na život ljudi i na okoliš. Urbanizacija, razvoj tehnologije te porast broja vozila u gradovima dovodi do zagušenja prometa i umanjuje protočnost postojeće prometne infrastrukture. Navedeno dovodi do prometnih gužvi i zastoja te posljedično do prometnih nezgoda. Također, uzrokuje povećanu potrošnju goriva i veću emisiju štetnih plinova. U današnje se vrijeme upravljanje prometom provodi automatizirano što pospješuje protočnost prometa i sigurnost. Tehnološki napredak doprinosi razvoju prometnog sustava posebno kroz upotrebu integriranih sustava upravljanja prometom. U radu se opisuje i analizira arhitektura sustava za automatsko upravljanje prometom, integriranost s različitim prometnim sustavima, tehnologija i tehnološka rješenja. Na primjeru Grada Rijeke daje se prikaz sustava za automatsko upravljanje prometom.
Abstract (english)
Traffic and traffic infrastructure as active participants of urbanistic development, have direct and indirect impact on people’s lives and the environment. Urbanization, development of technology and the increase in the number of vehicles in cities has led to traffic congestion and reduced the flow of the existing traffic infrastructure. This, in turn, leads to fuel consumption and emissions of harmful gases. Today, traffic management is carried out in automatically, which has resulted in improved traffic flow and traffic security. Progress in technology contributes to the development and improvement of traffic system. The purpose of this paper is to describes and analyses the architecture and the integrity of automatic traffic management with different traffic systems and technologies. A case example of the City of Rijeka is presented to showcase the system of automatic traffic management.
