Abstract
Obradom ovog rada definirala se metodologija planiranja i projektiranja luka nautičkog turizma. Rastuća grana turizma zahtijeva odgovor nautičkom uslugom, kako bi se Hrvatska, koja ima idealne uvjete za razvoj nautičkog turizma, svrstala u top destinacije nautičara. Luke i marine baza su nautičkog turizma te je potrebno da svojim izgledom, pozicijom i proizvodom odgovaraju željama nautičara. Vez kao najvažniji proizvod nautičkog turizma svojom popunjenosti idealan je parametar za odgovori na zakone ponude i potražnje. Dugoročnim projektiranjem luka i marina nautičkog turizma želi se odgovoriti na brojne promjene tržišta te zadržati funkcionalnost luke za što duže razdoblje.
Abstract (english)
By processing this work I defined a methodology of planning and projecting for nautical tourism. Growing tourism demands a response of nautical service to provide Croatia, with ideal conditions for the development of nautical tourism, in the top destinations for boaters. Ports and Marinas are bases of nautical tourism and it is necessary that its appearance, position and products are answers to the desire of sailors. Berth as the most important product of nautical tourism with its occupancy is an ideal parameter to respond to the laws of supply and demand. Long-term planning of ports and marinas for nautical tourism aims to answer a number of changes in the market and maintain the functionality of the port for as long as possible.
