Abstract
Uspješno funkcioniranje lučkog sustava te teretne morske luke kao podsustava ne određuje samo raspoloživost infrastrukture i suprastrukture, već i dobru organizaciju sudionika u cjelokupnom lučkom prometu i prometu uopće. Oni se mogu podijeliti na unutarnje sudionike, vanjske sudionike i državne organe. Jedan od najvažnijih zahtjeva sustava je usklađen rad sudionika. Svrha i cilj rada je pravilno analizirati sudionike koji koordinirano djeluju u lučkom sustavu i osigurati cjelovit pogled kako bi se dobila stvarna međuovisnost. Istraživanje je zaključeno analiziranjem luke Rijeka i njenih sudionika kroz osnovne djelatnosti.
Abstract (english)
The successful operation of the port system and the cargo sea port as a subsystem does not only determine the availability of infrastructure and superstructure, but also a good organization of participant in the entire port traffic and traffic at all. They can be divided into internal participants, external participants, and state authorities. One of the most important requirements of the system is the harmonized work of participants. The purpose and goal of the work is to properly analyzed participants who coordinate the port system and provide a holistic view in order to obtain real interconnection. The research was concluded by analyzing the port of Rijeka and its participants through basic activities.
