Abstract
U radu se analizira sustavni pristup planiranja prometnih terminala. Definirane su osnovne značajke terminala, podjela i sadržaj terminala. Navedeni su kriteriji i važnost utjecaja prirodnih uvjeta na izbor lokacije terminala. Pojavljuje se primjena sistemskog inženjeringa u planiranju prometnih terminala, životni ciklus terminala te sistemska i funkcionalna analiza. Za odabir potencijalne lokacije za izgradnju kontejnerskog terminala u Rijeci primjenjuje se višekriterijsko odlučivanje te se krajnji rezultat dobiva PROMETHEE metodom.
Abstract (english)
The paper analyzes the systematic approach to planning of traffic terminals. The basic feauters of the terminal, division and terminal contents are defined. The criteria and the importance of the influence of natural conditions on the choice of location terminals are listed. The introduction of systematic engineering in planning traffic terminals, terminal lifecycle, systematic and functional analysis appears. The choice of the potential location for the construction of the container terminal in Rijeka is subject to multi-criteria decision making, and the end results is obtained by the PROMETHEE method.
