Abstract
Upravljanje kvalitetom u turizmu pred turističke djelatnike postavlja sve veće izazove. Razlog tome je što je turizam jedna od djelatnosti koja dobiva sve veći prostor u životu suvremenog čovjeka. Riječ je o djelatnosti koja bilježi neprestani rast, a rast turističke djelatnosti povećava i broj turističkih destinacija te uslijed velike konkurencije destinacije nastoje pružiti turistima što bolje proizvode i usluge. Kruzing turizam jedan je od najbrže rastućih segmenata unutar selektivnog turizma. Kružna putovanja sve su zanimljivija turistima, a takva putovanja uključuju i pristajanje u lukama. Kruzing luke iznimno su suočene s pitanjem kvalitete proizvoda i usluga na svojem području, a kruzing posjetitelji mogu u velikoj mjeri ostaviti loše posljedice na prirodne resurse te na društvenu zajednicu. Također, izazovi se uočavaju i na razini samih turista. Stoga je važno da upravljanje kvalitetom u kruzing lukama bude utemeljeno na stvarnim procjenama utjecaja i konkretnim strategijama. Također je važno da ono bude i rezultat potreba turista, a s ciljem pružanja turistima proizvode i usluge u skladu s njihovim potrebama i povećanju njihova zadovoljstva.
Abstract (english)
Quality management in tourism in front of tourist workers poses ever increasing challenges. The reason for this is that tourism is one of the activities that gains a larger space in the life of a modern man. This is an activity that has a steady growth and the growth of tourist activity also increases the number of tourist destinations, and as a result of the great competition of destination it aims to provide tourists with better products and services. Cruising tourism is one of the fastest growing segments within selective tourism. Circular tours are more ande more interesting to tourists, and such trips include harboring. Cruising ports are faced with the question of the quality of products and services in their area because visitors can leave bad consequences on natural resources and the community. Also, II challenges are noticed at the level of the tourists themselves. It is therefore important that quality management in cruising ports is based on real impact assessments and concrete strategies. It is also important that it is the result of tourist needs, with the aim of providing tourists with products and services in accordance with their needs and to increase their satisfaction.
