Air traffic is recording an exceptional annual growth in the world, Europe, and consequently in the Republic of Croatia. It is precise that air traffic becomes more and more as a dominant model for passenger transport. Globally seen, there is an evident increase of the number of transported passengers, but those same passengers respond very quickly on the economic crisis, wars, terrorism, and all of listed affect on the number of passengers. Air travel is directly connected to economic, business and tourist movement in the world. For Republic of Croatia the most dominant structure are travelers who travel as tourists because, Croatia as an important tourist destination in Europe, has expressed listed type of passengers, while the number of business and other travelers is drastically smaller. Geotraffic analysis of the passenger flows of air traffic in the Republic of Croatia is this research main goal. Within this, the concept of passenger flows and their specifics in air traffic has been described. The specifics of airports in the Republic of Croatia and domestic airline companies are also presented. There are also shawn destination networks, companies and routes that lead to and from Croatian airports. Based on demand, destinations and new routes are formed. Geotraffic analysis of relevant air traffic flows indicators covers the intensity, dynamic and structure of air traffic flows on European level, as well as on Croatia and the region case in other words local market. This research contains main directions of the traffic flows of passengers in air traffic in the Republic of Croatia, as well as destinations with which, airports and airline companies, are connected in Europe. The issue of seasonality, models of reducing the seasonal impact on operation of airports and airline companies, the possibilities for further development of airports and flight carriers are also presented. In the last part of the research, according to the conducted geo-analysis, there are guidelines for the affirmation of Croatian airports and companies, and consequently guidelines and activities for the affirmation of air traffic flows in the Republic of Croatia.
